Our beautiful Tembusu Grand showflat is located near to actual site along Jalan Tembusu. It is located at the former Katong Student Hostel.

The closest MRT station to reach our showflat is Dakota MRT Station (CC8) along Circle Line. It is approximately less than 10 minutes’ walk or 3 bus stops away.

If you are using private transport to visit our Tembusu Grand showroom, the nearest expressways are East Coast Parkway (ECP) and Pan-Island Expressway (PIE).

If you are traveling from ECP, kindly exit from Tanjong Katong Road and drive towards Jalan Tembusu. As for PIE, do exit from Paya Lebar Road, drive towards Geylang Road and followed by Tanjong Katong Road.

At times, the parking lots are full at our showflat due to limited lots. We seek for your kind understanding to look for alternate parking near the showroom.

Opening Hours: 10am to 6pm (By appointment only)

Tembusu Grand showroom opens daily from 10am to 6pm. But please note that we do not entertain walk-in nowadays due to our own set of safety measures.

Therefore, viewing is strictly by appointment basis only. To make a showflat appointment, kindly fill up our online form one day in advance. Our professionally trained salesperson will reach out to you within an hour.
